We had Dale-Air come out to give us a quote for A/C replacement, as well as other companies.  I received various quotes that were pretty close to each other, some higher than others, some lower.  The deciding factor with going with Dale-Air was not the quote, but the impressive way they conduct themselves, representing the company, and professionalism.  I felt so comfortable with the fact that the company seemed so professional and a company I could rely on, that every quote that I was given afterwards could not sway me to decide on anyone but Dale-Air.  Trusting that feeling was the best decision I made.  They started the job, and when I needed them to pause the job for a day due to a personal situation, they were more than willing to accommodate my need.  Once back at work they worked very efficiently, and were always aware of keeping the pathway and area of work inside the house spotlessly clean.  The installation went very well and was done in a timely manner.  The installers vacuumed the area and walkway inside the house both days before leaving.  I offered to do it, but they insisted they clean their work area.  I am so thankful during this heat that Dale-Air provided me with a great product, and a perfect installation.  They were very professional, and offered a high quality unit for my house at a great price.  I was a bit apprehensive not going with the well known companies you see advertised, but this decision was the right decision.  I have learned from this experience that a lot of the cost is paying for the advertising and big name of the brand companies, versus the savings with a smaller company that can do just as good a job.  It also helps to support small business.  They are the heart of our communities.  I can go on, but just trust me, you will be totally happy going with Dale-Air for your A/C & heater replacement.  You will not regret it.
